Family Therapy

Family life can be a source of deep love—and deep stress.

Family life can be a source of deep love—and deep stress. Conflicts, communication breakdowns, life transitions, or long-held patterns can make even the closest families feel disconnected.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist practicing since 1991, I work with families to untangle conflict, build mutual understanding, and strengthen emotional bonds. Whether you’re navigating parenting struggles, sibling rivalry, generational tension, or a major life event such as divorce, illness, or loss, family therapy offers a safe and structured space to work through it together.

“When we heal families, we heal generations.”

My approach is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental. I help each member of the family feel heard and respected, while also guiding the family system toward healthier dynamics. Together, we explore how past patterns—often rooted in your family of origin—shape current challenges, and we collaborate on creating more constructive, supportive ways of relating.

In family therapy, i don’t look for who’s “right” or “wrong.” Instead, we focus on building understanding, repairing trust, and fostering lasting connection—so each family member can feel seen, valued, and part of a stronger whole.
