Life can be overwhelming—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, loss, or simply feeling stuck. You may find yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, unsure how to move forward. You don’t have to face it alone.

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change

I will help you recognize your strengths and identify the patterns that may be limiting your growth. Our work will focus on understanding your relationship dynamics and building the skills needed to create stronger, more fulfilling connections.

Here’s what to expect from therapy with me:
We’ll begin with a 15-minute introductory call to understand what brings you here, explore how I can best support you, and give you space to ask questions or share concerns.

Our ongoing work will take place in weekly, 50-minute sessions. These sessions are designed for deep, meaningful exploration. At times, you may feel more discomfort after a session—that’s a natural part of the healing process. Facing pain allows us to uncover destructive patterns, and together we will work toward shifting them to foster healthier relationships, personal growth, and lasting change.

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery. It helps you believe in yourself, rekindle hope, clarify what you truly want from life, and begin creating a life that feels fulfilling and worth living.
